Plastic Pipes for fuel Lines

Durapipe PL-X fuel systems are designed to safely convey petrol diesel and fuel oil in below ground applications while ensuring that harmful emissions of volatile organic compounds cannot escape into the environment.

The pipe is co-extruded using special grades of material. The tough polyethylene outer layer provides excellent resistance to abrasion, mechanical and physical abuse. A chemically resistant polyamide lining ensures negligible permeation, low absorbsion and dimensional stability.

For additional security, PL-X can also be ordered as a double contained pipe system, where a strong Polyethylene containment pipe is used to sleeve the carrier pipe. Electrofusion welded joints are used to provide secure connections.
